You will be supported by a global network of over 2,000 customer service professionals, to help protect your investment. Service technicians go through rigorous training and certifications. Our contact center can be reached through phone, email, and WebCare, and tickets are categorized based on level of support needed. There are options for remote monitoring with Glory’s secure cloud-based UBIQULAR™ solution, which delivers enhanced business intelligence, and enables remote monitoring and management of devices across the branch network.
Embedded Guides / Videos:
Another unique support feature is our embedded user guides. Animations and audio walk users through all common operational daily tasks, saving time and reducing errors. In addition, management tutorials and video help are provided to assist in loading, deposit pickup, and balancing activities.
Our systems include embedded videos that guide your staff through periodic cleaning and maintenance. These easy-to-follow self-guided tutorials help extend equipment life and keep service calls and downtime to a minimum.
24 Hour Online Monitoring and Call Center:
Glory mans its own state-of-the art Call Center, available 24/7 – 365 days a year. Our highly trained technicians are Glory staff employees; we never outsource our Call Center support. All machines are monitored by our call center. Our technicians diagnose issues on your device remotely and provide solutions to most problems much of the time without an on-site call. If a service dispatch is required a technician can typically be onsite with repair parts within 4 hours to resolve the issue.
On-Site Support:
If support is needed at your location, we’ve got you covered with on-site service. We provide several Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Unique to our industry, we also stage common stock parts local to the recycler units so that if replacement parts are needed, they’re nearby. Our on-site technicians all receive custom service training and are supported via Glory’s Call Center.
