Field Support Engineer

We are currently looking to fill the role of a Field Support Engineer. In this role you will be an integral part of the rollout, installation and training of our automated cash management machines. The right individual will need to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as being mechanically inclined. The individual will also need to be able to interface with customers while resolving complex hardware and software issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Potential to travel to all 50 states to support machine installations as well as support existing customers
  • Perform product demonstrations to customers
  • Coordinate and implement operational training with customers and third party vendors
  • Be a liaison between the customer and the engineering team on product feedback
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues during testing mode at customer locations
  • Conduct tests and simulations at corporate facility to assist with problem solving
  • Work together with management and equipment manufacturers to resolve reliability issues
  • Write and maintain detailed Operating & Maintenance Procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 year degree; preferred. Engineering is a plus
  • 1+ years of field support/engineering experience preferred
  • Position requires travel and will sometimes require long hours in the field
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
  • Must have a clean driving record

Help Desk Support Technician Revolution Retail Systems (RRS)

Classification: Non-exempt

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective
The Help Desk Support Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with RRS’ machines. The Technician assists customers who are not familiar with the proper operation of their machine or a potential operational issue of the machine by diagnosing and repairing any technical problems that may arise via the telephone.

Essential Functions

  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users via telephone on a variety of issues
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
  • Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
  • Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
  • May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system
  • Works under immediate supervision

Repair Technician Revolution Retail Systems (RRS)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective
The Repair Technician is responsible for undertaking all actions necessary to render returned product serviceable, including cleaning, testing, performance evaluation of electronic and mechanical components and subassemblies. The Technician follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Performs the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of returned product.
  • Recognizes failures, identifies root cause, and repairs products.
  • Records required information on all repairs.
  • Operates required equipment and test fixtures.
  • Attend meetings and trainings as assigned.
  • Ensures adherence to workmanship and quality control standards.
  • Completes repairs in a cost effective, efficient manner and expediting return product to stock.
  • Identifies any needs related to supplies, tools, and other items needed for efficient workflow in the repair area.
  • Assists in the material handling and inventory control as needed.
  • Maintains and cleans the work environment.
  • Offer assistance as needed for any variety of tasks as requested by management
  • Follow and execute procedures and policies established by management
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Proficiency in ERP Systems and Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as Internet software and E-mail is preferred
